A New Perspective:

We typically turn to doctors, therapists, specialists, medications, drugs, and countless other “remedies” when we’re struggling and hurting.

But what if the key to our healing – whether mental, physical, or emotional – is something more subtle? Much more subtle? So subtle that it can’t be seen or touched? So subtle that most of us aren’t even aware of it?

Energy healing – the art and science of subtle energy – offers a fresh, holistic approach to achieving the mental, physical, and emotional health, wellness, and happiness you’ve been searching for. And that you deserve.

Introduction/Background

I’m writing this mostly for people who are unaware of energy healing. Or who haven’t considered or explored the power or benefits of energy healing yet. Those who are not fully educated about it.

I’m also writing it trusting it will also be helpful for active energy healing practitioners, their clients, families, and friends.

In addition, I hope it gets to anyone who might have unresolved mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual pains, problems, or issues.

I’m sharing my story and experiences as a healer to help people avoid the mistakes I made for decades. As a former energy healing skeptic, I foolishly and needlessly suffered from chronic pain for 40 years after a football injury. Traditional treatments failed me. Eventually I tried energy healing out of sheer desperation. And despite the fact I had no hope it would help.

Surprisingly, it did. It helped. It resolved my pain. And it ignited a passion in me to become an energy healer myself.

Helping Others

Now, with over twelve years of experience, I’m committed to helping others discover the power of energy healing so they will avoid the kinds of years I wasted on pain and frustration.

Share this article with anyone who might benefit from it. Encourage them to explore energy healing’s transformative power. Remind them there’s nothing to lose by trying it.

Then they can decide for themselves if energy healing is worth a try…or not.

A Powerful Alternative

Traditional treatments aren’t always successful. Let’s face it. Dealing with complex issues like chronic pain, emotional struggles, mental fog, or relationship problems can leave you feeling helpless. The good news is that energy healing offers a powerful alternative.

Why Should You Consider Energy Healing?

There are many reasons to consider trying energy healing. This is especially true when you’re not getting the results you want with traditional methods. That was my experience.

Here are some of the most common reasons people turn to energy healing:

1. Chronic or Recurring Pain

You may feel like you’ve tried everything for your chronic or recurring pain including physical therapy, a plethora of medications, tests, procedures, etc. Yet, the pain persists. Energy healing can help clear the energy blockages that may be causing or contributing to your pain. Doing so can promote both physical and emotional healing. Many people experience significant relief after just a few sessions.

2. Emotional or Mental Health Struggles

Emotions and thoughts have an energy field of their own. When you consciously or subconsciously suppress emotions or hold onto negative thoughts, they can create energetic blockages. If you’ve struggled with issues like anxiety, depression, or stress despite seeking therapy or medication, energy healing offers a powerful supplement to your existing healing journey. It can help you release pent-up emotions, clear mental fog, and achieve a more peaceful and balanced state of mind.

3. Feeling Stuck or Out of Alignment

Sometimes, people feel “stuck” or like they’re not living in alignment with their true selves, higher calling, or life’s purpose. This can happen when you experience major life changes like a job loss, a breakup, or the loss of the purpose you thought was right but turns out to be wrong. Energy healing, including Pranic Healing, can help restore your sense of clarity, purpose, and connection to your deeper self. It helps release old patterns and allows new, positive energy to flow in.

4. Lack of Energy or Vitality

If you’re constantly feeling drained or fatigued, even after a full night’s sleep, energy healing can help you tap into your body’s natural vitality. Clearing energy blockages and enhancing the flow of vital life force can help you feel more alive, energetic, and motivated.

5. Unresolved Trauma or Negative Patterns

Have you ever noticed that certain problems or challenges keep resurfacing in your life? These are often linked to old traumas or negative energetic patterns that haven’t been fully processed or released. Energy healing can help you access these deeper layers and clear them, leading to lasting change. By clearing blockages and restoring balance, energy healing brings harmony to your body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

How Energy Healing Works

Energy healing identifies and clears these blockages, allowing energy to flow freely and restore balance. There are many energy healing techniques and modalities. Here are just a few: Pranic Healing, Reiki, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Sound Healing, Quantum Touch, and more.

Let’s look closer at Pranic Healing to show you more details:

Pranic Healing: Unlike some methods, Pranic Healing is a powerful no-touch energy healing modality. Practitioners use their hands, specific techniques, and detailed, evaluated, proven protocols, along with focused intention to channel healing pranic energy from higher powers into the client’s body.

Remote Healing: A key advantage of Pranic Healing is the ability of practitioners to conduct sessions remotely, via cell phone, video calls, or even with no contact (except energetic), with the client. This means your healing journey (as the client) can continue without disruption to your daily life. (I conduct 98% of my sessions remotely with clients worldwide!)

Holistic Approach: One of the most powerful aspects of most energy healing, including Pranic Healing, is its holistic approach to health and wellness. Unlike traditional treatments that often focus only on symptoms, energy healing looks at the root causes of problems – physical, mental, emotional, energetic, or spiritual. It addresses the entire person, not just the specific issue.

For example, consider chronic neck pain. Traditional medicine might use muscle relaxants, physical therapy, or even surgery to address the symptoms. While these can provide temporary relief, they may not address the underlying causes, such as lingering emotional or energetic blockages, imbalances, or misalignments. Energy healing aims to go beyond treating symptoms by assessing the flow of energy in the affected area and the body as a whole.

Energy Healing Science

Energy healing works because everything in the universe, including you, is a complex web of energy flows. This includes your body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit. When this energy is blocked, imbalanced, or misaligned, it can manifest as physical, emotional, or mental distress.

Imagine a river. When water flows freely, everything thrives. But a blockage, like a dam or fallen tree branch, disrupts the flow. It causes problems downstream. Similarly, energy imbalances in your body can cause symptoms including fatigue, pain, anxiety, and depression.

The concept of energy healing may seem intangible. But there’s a growing body of research suggesting that our physical and mental health is closely tied to the energy systems in our bodies. Pranic Healing, for example, is verified by decades of scientific research and testing, Text Box: Master Choa Kok Sui A person in a white shirt Description automatically generatedinitially led by its modern-day founder, Master Choa Kok Sui.

In addition, practices like acupuncture, massage therapy, Therapeutic Touch, Sound Healing, and even mindfulness meditation are all rooted in principles associated with the science of energy.

The idea of a “life force” energy – whether it’s called “chi,” “qi,” or “prana” – has existed for thousands of years across diverse cultures worldwide.

Modern research in fields like quantum physics and bioenergetics is starting to provide solid, widely accepted scientific bases and methods for testing and proving the efficacy of these ancient concepts.

How to Get Started with Energy Healing

If you’re intrigued by the potential of energy healing for yourself or your loved ones, there’s no need to feel overwhelmed. A wide variety of modalities are available, and there are hundreds of thousands of practitioners to choose from. This abundance may feel daunting at first.

Additionally, scheduling your first session – especially if you’ve never experienced energy work before – might seem as inviting as a root canal.

However, rest assured that most people find their first experience to be surprisingly gentle, calming, peaceful, and rejuvenating. With that in mind, here are some tips to help you get started:

1. Explore and Learn:

Understanding the basics of energy healing can be incredibly helpful. My Free Downloadable Resource, “Energy Healing Guide: Unveiling the Potential of Energy Healing – Is It Right For You,” is a great place to start. It gives you a deeper understanding of how energy healing works, how it can benefit you, an overview of some energy healing modalities, step-by-step how to find an energy healing practitioner who’s a perfect match for you, and more.

You can get the guide here: Energy Healing Guide.

2. Find a Qualified Healer:

Look for an experienced practitioner who resonates with you. Many energy healers offer free consultations or introductory sessions so you can learn more about the process before committing to a full session or package. Most importantly, find out if you and your potential practitioner resonate with each other. (If there’s no connection, keep searching until you find someone you click with.)

3. Stay Open:

Energy healing is more subtle than traditional treatments. Results may not be immediately visible. Be open to the process, trust it, and give it time to work. Healing can unfold gradually and depends on how well your mind, body, and emotions process the energy treatments you receive. Everyone is unique and heals at their own pace.

4. Practice Self-Care:

Energy healing works best when combined with a healthy lifestyle. Stay hydrated, eat nourishing foods, get plenty of sleep, enjoy regular exercise, and focus on emotional well-being. Energy healing can amplify the positive changes you’re already working towards.

Not a Replacement for Traditional Medicine:

None of the healing energy methods I incorporate in my practice or would recommend, including Pranic Healing, are meant to replace traditional medical practices. As stated by the original Pranic Healer, Master Choa Kok Sui, in 2006, “…Pranic Healing is not intended to replace orthodox medicine, but rather to complement it. Pranic Healing Practitioners do not physically touch recipients/clients/subjects… Do not make medical diagnoses… Do not prescribe medications or medical treatments… Do not interfere with the prescribed medications and/or with medical treatments…”

Conclusion

If you’re frustrated with traditional healing methods, energy healing offers a holistic and powerful alternative. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, emotional stress, or a sense of disconnection, energy healing can help address the root causes of your issues, the blocks exacerbating problems, and help restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit.

Remember, your healing journey is unique. It’s yours and yours alone. It’s okay to explore different approaches until you find what works for you.

Energy healing might be the missing piece you’re searching for.
